Naomi Quarterman, M.S.O.L / Speaking & Leadership



Naomi Quarterman, M.S.O.L. is an award-winning public speaker and Founder of L.E.A.D. (Leaders Engage Audiences Daily), whose mission is to empower leaders to effect positive change through every social interaction. She holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, a B.A. in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from California State University of Dominquez Hills, and an A.A. in Social Behavior and Self Development from Fullerton College.

Naomi has been recognized by the Fullerton College Communications Studies Department for her outstanding work as a student and Teaching Assistant and by the Wilson W. Phelps Foundation for being an Exceptional Woman in Education. She is also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honor Society, and Lambda Alpha National Anthropology Honor Society for her stellar scholarly work.
